GURU NANAK DEV JI ANNIVERSARY 2020-2021
Guru Nanak Dev ji was the first of the ten Sikh gurus and the founder of Sikhism. His birth anniversary of is observed as ‘Gurpurab’ across the globe.
This year Guru Nanak Jayanti celebrated virtually on the 30th of November 2020.
To observe this auspicious occasion, The students dressed in traditional Sikh attire and the assembly commenced with a speech followed by a inspiring thought. Student of class IV then came forward to share useful information relating to Guru Nanak Dev ji.
The tiny tots also presented the bhangra to the traditional bhangra drumbeats & a traditional sikh song ….
VARIOUS ACTIVITIES ON THE OCCASION OF DIWALI 2020-2021
Delhi Public School Hathras organised various activities on the occasion of Diwali. Kids of class Nursery and Prep decorated the Diya with mirrors and painted them with the colours of their choice. Students of class I & II had Diwali fun party by creating paper crackers.
Class III made wonderful rangoli by their own that symbolises “Colours to Beautify Your Lives”.
Students enjoyed the diwali fun activity.
VIRTUAL SPECIAL ASSEMBLY ON DIWALI 2020-2021
The exhilaration and celebratory spirit that Diwali brings is unmatchable. To add to the first festive fervour, students of DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL HATHRAS presented a special virtual assembly on Diwali.
The assembly emphasized the importance of ‘No to Crackers’ by a puppet show.
This was followed by a melodious song by juniors. A beautiful dance was also performed by the talented toddlers wishing all a very happy Diwali. The assembly came to an end with fabulous rangoli by the students. These highlighted the festivity and good cheer of the festival.
CELEBRATED THE NAVRATRI FESTIVAL VIRTUALLY 2020-2021
Delhi Public School Hathras celebrated the Navratri festival virtually. The students from class III to VIII attired in traditional dresses added to the festive mood. Students were told about the importance of nine days of Navratri.
Special assembly on Dussehra was also organized in the end to tell the students about Ramayana.Students decorated dandiya sticks and shared thought ,facts ,speech on the particular topic.
STUDENTS FROM CLASS NURSERY TO II ENJOYED SHARING FACTS RELATED TO DUSHERRA 2020-2021
Online initiative by Delhi public school Hathras – Students from class Nursery to II enjoyed sharing facts related to dusherra. Later, they made a sketch of Maa Durga. Kids were quite happy with the activity and shared their creativity.
SPECIAL ASSEMBLY ON THE OCCASION OF NAVRATRI FESTIVAL 2020-2021
